The Oxygen Bubble Difference

The process that occurs between the OxyPods + Primer Gel is what holds the key. Once the OxyPod comes in contact with the gel, a chemical reaction occurs, and thousands of tiny CO2 bubbles begin forming on the surface of the skin. This increased exposure to CO2 is what sends a message to the blood cells to release oxygen, which also induces a skin flushing due to the increased in capillary blood flow, revitalizing the skin and improving a host of skin conditions.
...Oxygen Bubble Facial also features a gentle, yet though simultaneous exfoliation. The vibrating applicator can be adjusted for intensity of exfoliation, and the OxyPod itself will begin to break down into tiny granules, further enhancing the mechanical removal of dead skin cells. This combination of oxygen and exfoliation created optimal conditions for the infusion of nutrients into the skin, which we achieve in the following step 2 and step 3 via Ultrasound and Massage modality. The Science of the Bohr Effect
The process we've explained harnesses the power of the well-established Bohr Effect. This is where a decrease in blood pH (as in our case) an increase in CO2 levels induces a release of oxygen from the hemoglobin proteins. Because CO2 is water-soluble, it's ideal for transcutaneous delivery and works effectively when combined with a water-based solvent, like our Oxygen Bubble Primer Gel.
